It’s a unique experience knowing from where your food is sourced – and that also applies to ice cream. At Engmark we produce organic Engmark ice cream of the finest quality using milk from our own jersey cattle. Come and meet the cattle on one of our guided tours and sample the ice cream, which offers fine flavours of local herbs, Danish berries and fruits. Buy ice cream from our farm shop or join a workshop where you can learn to make your own ice cream.
